We generally do core drilling in the rocks and test material, and based on material quality we take wiser decisions to own it. Currently we have 2 mines. It is wealth creation with business development as we all know nature is un-limited with resources. In this process we are looking more mines and associates who are with common vision.
Process Flow
Sourcing: Since the ancient times, marbles and granites are extracted from the stones, India possess a large number of dimensional stones that include granite and marble.
Indian history has a lot of sculptures crafted with stones in which marble is admired for its beauty.
Mining: Deep below the earth’s surface marble is extracted. The first step for mining is finding the deposits of material and examining it. Concession is applied by the owner of the quarry should be approved by the Government, after which the extraction of the stone starts.Once the land is examined the drilling starts and ends with the extraction of huge rocks covered with lumps of mud and dirt. The mud and dirt deposits are washed and cleaned.
The rocks are cut into rectangular blocks with huge cutters dispatched to the factory and are exported across the world and are being headed for the manufacturing process.
Manufacture: Here the stone is given its modesty, the rectangular stones are cut down to smaller pieces that are easy to handle. The smaller pieces of slabs or tiles are cleaned and are polished.
Now the polished materials are checked for quality and are packed very carefully. The slabs are arranged in rows and are exported around the country and for the household or any other purposes.
Stock Yards: The manufactured products will be displayed in the stockyard that contains the final finished products i.e, marbles and granites.
